Realty Stats: April saw the new listings decrease by 64% year to date and sale decrease by 67%. Pricing showed an increase of 0.1%. One of the industry's leading appointment booking companies has reported an increase in the number of showings and registered offers which we support in our activity and analysis. We believe the bottom of the market has happened and activity is starting to pick up although still at greatly reduced levels to pre-Covid. Sentiment is starting to turn and as fear further reduces we will see greater market activity.
