The real estate is unfolding as expected. Still a seller's market and very active. June 2019 had 8,860 sales which is a 10.4% increase in sales from June 2018. Average sale price is up 3% from June 2018, which remember is for the whole GTA. Central Toronto experienced higher appreciation levels. Rental increase allowance for 2020 is posted at 2.2% which is an increase from 1.8% this year. Multi-units continue to offer amazing investment opportunity and way for 1st time buyers to subsidize their purchase.

Foodie Tip: Lahore Tikka House at 1365 Gerrard St. E. - Loud and casual dining resto in the Indian Bazaar. Huge servings of biryani with massive chicken chunks, great kebabs and great naan. They also have panipuri, which is a great street food snack. Little crispy crepe bowls filled with spiced water, chickpeas, chutney, tamarind. Pop it in your mouth and witness the taste explosion.
