What I enjoy most about working with my clients is being by their side - as their real estate professional - while their families grow and change over the years.
That’s why I don’t say “thank you and goodbye” when a transaction is complete. I stay in touch with my clients in the months and years in between transactions.
I want to be available to them if they need me...for advice, a question, a contractor recommendation or anything else real estate related.
Of course, I also want to be able to provide the best service when they’re ready to make a move and find their next dream home.
Staying in touch regularly and helping my clients with all of their real estate needs may take more effort, but that’s the kind of real estate professional I want to be.
So, please don’t hesitate to give me a call if you need anything.
Realty Stats & Insights: Sales are up 15.4% from January 2019. Inventory is still very tight leading to high competition and price growth. The average selling price rose 7% for the GTA and 12.3% for the City of Toronto year over year. This surge is led by the condominium market and detached homes. We are experiencing a very active and highly competitive 2020 thus far and expect things to continue throughout the year. Multi-units are still offering great returns and some stunning new pre-developments on the horizon!
Foodie Tip: Best udon outside of Japan. I was in Japan over the holidays and love the amazing people, the clean and minimalist design, the history, the efficiency and of course the food! New York based Raku has a location on Queen St. W and it is amazing. Big steamy bowls of broth with chewy noodles. Sides can include vegetable tempura (shredded, battered and fried) or the chicken tatsuta-age is super tender fried goodness. Small restaurant with Japanese clean design.
